Delete your Splixa account

You can permanently delete your Splixa account and associated data at any time. Choose the method that works for you below.

Delete directly in the app

If you can access your account, deletion can be completed immediately from the Splixa mobile app.

1. Open Splixa and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile and open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account / Delete Account Data.
4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Can’t access the app?

Send a deletion request from your registered email address. Include your registered username and email address so we can securely identify the correct account.

What happens after your request

After confirming account ownership, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable period. Limited records may be retained only when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or financial compliance obligations.
